Visitors may use our library for the purpose of your learning, studying and investigating.
Ask for librarians at the entrance and fill the registration form. Your ID card (driving license, ID card of your company or university) is required to issue our library card for borrowing our resources. The library card is vaild for all libraries of Gunnma university until the end of academic year.
You can enter the library using the temporarylibrary card issued on the resistartion. You should return the temporary card when you leave the library.
Visitor s can use all resources placed in the library. Ask our staffs for using the spacial collections and the resorces in the book stock at the central library.
Copying the resources of library ( books, journals and newspapers) is allowed to the extent permited by the Japanese copyright act.
If you copy items, please fill "copying request form" and copy using copy machine at the library (b/w 10 yen per 1 sheet, color 50 yen per 1sheet).
The number of items and borrowing periods are listed below. You can borrow all resources placed in the libray except for the reference books, journals, audio and visual items and the other items specified by the library.

Borrowing via ILL is also avaiable. Please request from the library near you.
Visitors can use PC in the library for searching and brousing e-journals. Request the temporary account for PC at the entrance counter. You need your ID for the account.
Printing is also avalable but you need pre-paied card selled at university coop or medical lib.
