Book Purchase Request

The Library welcomes students to request the library to purchase the books which support the students’ learning and research.

You can submit your request either by requesting from My Library or by filling out the request form and submitting it to the service counter in the libraries of GU. It takes about a month for the requested materials to be available after making the decision of purchase.

• Expensive materials and exceedingly large amount of requests are not acceptable because our budget is limited.
• Highest priority is placed on requested materials that are expected to be used by multiple users.

 Book Purchase Request for Medical Library

 When it comes to medical books, a single book can be expensive.  Therefore, the library is unable to purchase materials that are not used for learning and research.  You are very welcome to request materials for your study throughout the year, so please do not hesitate to request materials that you need in the library.  Also, if you would like to read novels or practical books, please use the library on the Aramaki campus, or the one on the Kiryu campus.
