How to Use Printers

• You need to purchase a prepaid card (copy card) at Seikyo (GU co-op) in advance.  5 units are needed for a color printing, and 1 for a black-and –white printing.  The initial setting is a black-and–white printing.

• To Print multiple pages per sheet using Word, don’t change anything on the window that pops up when you click “印刷”, but click “プロパティ” and select “2アップ” or ”4アップ” in the dialog box “ まとめて１枚” .

How to Select Monochrome or Color

You need to purchase a prepaid card (copy card) at Seikyo (GU co-op) in advance.  5 units are needed for a color printing, and 1 for a black-and –white printing.  The initial setting is a black-and–white printing .

1. Click the File tab, and the click Print. 
2. Click プロパティ (printer properties) .
3. Find and select the properties for printing in color or black and white.  To print in color, select カラーモード, and then click “OK”.
